Every Marlin License includes support for the end user, this is a fully inclusive service. The Help Desk is available Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm. Optional out of hours cover is available upon request.

The Help Desk covers all aspects of Marlin Software,  including the following key items:

  • Data Management
  • End-user Help
  • Installation
  • Configuration
  • Upgrades
  • General enquires
  • Support is based primarily on email and telephone, and includes remote access options as applicable

Training

MJH Systems provide the following Training for the Marlin Software Application;

Marlin – Induction (New User)

  • Based at the MJH Offices,  from £125 day delegate rate
  • Based at Regional locations, from £195 day delegate rate
  • Individual Client bespoke onsite courses from £795 per day

Marlin – CRM & Marketing

  • Based at the MJH Offices,  from £125 day delegate rate
  • Based at Regional locations, from £195 day delegate rate
  • Individual Client bespoke onsite courses from £795 per day

Marlin – Refresher / Module Specific

  • Based at the MJH Offices,  from £125 day delegate rate
  • Based at Regional locations, from £195 day delegate rate
  • Individual Client bespoke onsite courses from £795 per day
